2024 Intakes: Apprentice Technicians Sign NATTB Indentures

On October 30, 2024, the new intakes for the Ela Motors Foundations Program officially signed their indentures with the National Apprenticeship and Trade Testing Board (NATTB). Mr. Arthur Geno, Assistant Director of Quality & Assurance, facilitated this important signing ceremony.

This event marks a significant milestone as the apprentices become registered in the program. Throughout their four-year apprenticeship, they are expected to adhere to all contractual obligations outlined in the indentures. This commitment will align with the training programs provided by EMTAP, which corresponds with the NATTB guidelines.
