2023 Customer Delight Excellence Award – Gold” has been awarded to TOYOTA TSUSHO (PNG) LTD

Ela Motors PNG has received the Gold Award for the CDEA 2023 (Customer Delight Excellence Award). This award is a tribute to the dedicated daily efforts of the all team members and we hope this award will motivate the team to take on new challenges in the future.

Ela Motors have improved from the bronze award to the silver award over the last two years and now have achieved Gold for the first time in PNG.

This is achieved through the continued improvements that the dealers and head office departments have implemented over the past few years.

Our aim is not to make this a one off win but to challenge all staff to operate at this standard as the normal operating standard.
